When designing a motion for a logo, I look for abstract ways to show company's profile.
For example: On the left is a logo for the IT company which was changing its name. New name was Devinity, derived from 'development' and 'infinity'. It was important for the client to accent that fact, that's why the are two keywords coming together to form a bigger whole.
